Waiting to long!

This is not good André. What is not good? Well, you wait to long with the postings on your weblog. The last one is dated January 30, 2007. That’s more than two weeks ago. If you want to make your weblog attractive to your readers, you have to give them something to read, or am I wrong?

No, no, not at all. You’re right, but it is so difficult to find the time to write. I am so busy with my work and with private things.

That’s no excuse. You have to create time. That’s how it works. So please, listen to me and put your postings more regular on your weblog. Ok?

Happy New Year

I am so happy. I am so excited. Why? I am sorry, but I can’t explain it yet. You have to wait till tomorrow at the end of the day. Than I can tell it all. So please watch my blog and understand why I am so happy!

Change to English

English is an important language. It’s a language used by billions of people and it is the way to communicate all over the world. Till today I have used my own language, the Dutch language, to write my weblog, but I will change that from now on.

That means that all new articles from now on will be written in English. The reason is not so difficult. I want to reach as many people as possible with my weblog and that’s impossible if I keep on writing in Dutch. With English I can make this possible.

Ik ben een beagle en mijn naam is Tommy

Ik had mijzelf voorgenomen om nog één test te doen en dat was zelf een film maken met mijn camera (een Sony Handycam) om deze daarna dan op mijn weblog te zetten. Volgens mij is dat prima gelukt. Het viel eigenlijk best mee. Ik heb onze beagle (Tommy) als onderwerp voor dit filmpje gebruikt. Nadat ik klaar was heb ik de camera aan mij PaceBlade gekoppeld en het filmpje met Windows Movie Maker naar binnen gehaald. Toen een upload naar Video Google en met de gegenereerde code dit filmpje in mijn nieuwe posting geplaatst. Zie hier het resultaat.

Nu kan wat mij betreft het echte (nou ja wat is echt?) bloggen beginnen.

Weblog onder de aandacht brengen

Ok. Ik heb nu mijn eigen weblog, ik heb boekjes over weblogs gelezen, ik heb adviezen van het internet geplukt, en nog veel meer. Nu komt het erop aan dat ik mijn weblog onder de aandacht breng. Ook daar heb ik verschillende acties (mij bekend) op genomen (gelezen in de boekjes en op het internet). Zo heb ik deze weblog aangemeld bij de diverse zoekmachines. Is dat voldoende, of kan ik nog meer doen (zelf, actief dus) om het onder de aandacht te brengen? Ik sta open voor allerlei suggesties van iedereen die dit zelfde pad hebben gelopen.
